Obtain Repeat Prescriptions?
For some long term treatments you may be given a repeat prescription request slip for ordering your medicines. Please make sure you indicate the medicine you require by ticking against the name on the slip when you require further supplies of your medicine. The request slips should be brought or posted to the surgery or you may request one of the local pharmacies to put the request in to the surgery on your behalf. Please indicate on the request slip whether you wish to collect your prescription from the surgery or from one of the local pharmacies in Hoddesdon or Roydon. If you would like your prescription posted back to you please attach a stamped self-addressed envelope to the request slip. We cannot accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.

Please allow two working days for your repeat prescription request to be processed.
